Minecraft Masters Camp

July 21 @ 9:00 am - July 25 @ 3:00 pm

The Minecraft Masters Camp is a fun, hands-on educational experience designed for kids who love creativity and problem-solving. While the camp uses Minecraft as inspiration, it focuses on real-world activities rather than computer-based gameplay. Through building, crafting, and teamwork, participants engage in projects that develop critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
Campers might build model structures using blocks and tools, design their own adventure maps on paper, or solve puzzles and challenges inspired by Minecraft’s gameplay. Activities include outdoor scavenger hunts, crafting with materials like wood, clay, and cardboard, and group competitions that mirror in-game scenarios.
The camp encourages exploration, imagination, and teamwork, allowing participants to develop essential life skills while having fun in a Minecraft-themed environment.
Camp highlights include:
• Hands-on, non-computer-based activities inspired by the core elements of Minecraft.
• Creative building projects using physical materials to construct life-sized structures.
• Collaborative problem-solving through team-based challenges and puzzles.
• Outdoor adventures that reflect the Minecraft world in real life.
• Emphasis on imagination, collaboration, and critical thinking, all without the use of screens.

Itinerary:
The daily itinerary is posted at the studio for parents to review and includes two snack breaks and a 30-minute lunch. The schedule adjusts based on camper enjoyment, feedback, and abilities. Each day begins with a personalized agility warm-up in the gym. Themed activities follow, lasting 30 minutes to 3 hours, with a typical transition every 30 minutes. Larger projects, like robot building or fort making, are paired with fitness activities. Points are earned through mini challenges, such as helping with clean-up, memorizing names, supporting new campers, and participating in various challenges.
Remember to Bring:
Pack nut-free snacks for two snack times, a nut-free lunch, and medications with instructions. No computers, Legos, or laser equipment are allowed. Devices will stay in backpacks unless there’s an emergency. If staying for martial arts, include the uniform and gear. Label all bags with the camper’s name. For after-camp, pack extra nut-free snacks, homework, or reading materials.
