With expert coaches guiding them\, they’ll learn impressive ninja skills like balance\, agility\, and strength\, all while having tons of fun. Each day is packed with games\, challenges\, and teamwork activities that help build confidence and create new friendships. So\, gear up\, get ready\, and join us for an epic summer of ninja training and adventures!\nCampers will navigate complex obstacle courses\, learn martial arts\, archery\, and Ninja dodgeball\, along with speed and agility training. They’ll also master high-flying kicks\, sword techniques\, and staff strikes for ninja warrior competitions\, and even practice breaking wooden boards. This camp will focus on enhancing motor skills\, improving hand-eye coordination\, and fostering teamwork. Challenges will be separated by age group for maximum enjoyment.\nCamp highlights include:\n• Fun\, beginner-friendly ninja obstacle training focused on balance\, coordination\, and confidence-building.\n• Intermediate obstacle challenges to develop agility\, speed\, and endurance in a supportive environment.\n• High-level obstacle courses with a focus on strength\, balance\, and precision for experienced ninjas.\n• Team-based obstacle courses that emphasize teamwork\, communication\, and problem-solving.\n• Competitive training with real Ninja Warrior athletes\, focusing on speed\, precision\, and endurance for serious competitors.\nA day of playful ninja fun with various obstacle courses\, fitness games\, and skill-building for all levels.\nActivities overview:\n• Martial Art Weapon Training\, Nun Chuck\, Long Staff\, Sword\, Ninja Star\n• Park Activities\n• Laser Tag\n• Art & Craft\n• Obstacle courses\n• Scavenger hunts\n• Wooden Board Breaking\n• Ninja fort Building and much more!\nPrerequisites:\nAll equipment and supplies will be provided for use during the camp.\nItinerary:\nThe daily itinerary is posted at the studio for parents to review and includes two snack breaks and a 30-minute lunch. The schedule adjusts based on camper enjoyment\, feedback\, and abilities. Each day begins with a personalized agility warm-up in the gym. Themed activities follow\, lasting 30 minutes to 3 hours\, with a typical transition every 30 minutes. Larger projects\, like robot building or fort making\, are paired with fitness activities. Points are earned through mini challenges\, such as helping with clean-up\, memorizing names\, supporting new campers\, and participating in various challenges.\nRemember to Bring:\nPack nut-free snacks for two snack times\, a nut-free lunch\, and medications with instructions. No computers\, Legos\, or laser equipment are allowed. Devices will stay in backpacks unless there’s an emergency. If staying for martial arts\, include the uniform and gear. Label all bags with the camper’s name. For after-camp\, pack extra nut-free snacks\, homework\, or reading materials.\nExtended Camp Before and After Camp Hours Available this week.\nWe offer a top-notch before and after camp experience with a 10:1 counselor-to-camper ratio. Activities include optional martial arts classes\, dodgeball\, Nintendo Switch competitions\, movies\, arts and crafts\, and more.
